“Kaishin Gindara Saikyozuke” is a traditional Japanese dish featuring black cod (gindara) that has been marinated in a sweet, mellow white miso paste, known as Saikyo miso, before being grilled.

Microwaveable in the bag 
After defrosting. heat this product in the microwave for the time indicated. 
600w 2min 30sec 
1. Do not open the bag and always heat with the steam vent facing up. 
2. During heating. the b ag will expand and hot steam will come out of the steam vent. 
3. After heating, wait until the bag has deflated before removing it. 
4. When opening the bag. make sure the steam vent is facing up.
