Healthy Boy’s version of Thin Soy Sauce (also known as light or white soya sauce or si-ew kao in Thai), this type of soy sauce is perfectly balanced, and saltier in taste than Thai dark soy sauce. You’ll see it called for in recipes for stir fries, marinades, and dipping sauces.

Light (Thin) soy sauce Formula 1 (700ml) by Healthy BoyThis sauce enhances the flavour of a range of meats, noodles and rice dish and is ideal as a vegetarian substitute for fish sauce. Thai soy sauces are more akin to Chinese soy sauces, then Japanese type sauces.
